Multi-Band Bandpass Filter Using Novel Topology for Next-Generation IoT Wireless Systems

The design of single- and quad-band Bandpass Filter (BPF) topology has been presented in this paper for next-generation Internet Things (IoT) devices. main is constructed using the Split Ring Resonator (SRR), separated by Anti-Parallel Coupled Line Structure (APCLS). A detailed analysis APCLS presented, which further used to construct BPF. single-band BPF consists SRR loaded with APCLS. developed displays a dual-mode response center frequency 2.65 GHz measured fractional bandwidth 17.17%. Moreover, bandpass filter achieved same minor modification electrical parameters. generates having frequencies 1.2, 2.4, 3.5, 4.7 13%, 26%, 16%, 5%, respectively. Two prototypes have fabricated on high-frequency substrate validate proposed topologies. Very high rejection stopbands region, little in-band insertion loss, very selective passband BPFs. simulated results are well correlated.
